August 4, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the placement of Unibank’s ordinary, nominal undocumented shares for AZN 11.9 million by subscription has been completed on the Baku Stock Exchange.

During the subscription, the underwriter received 10 applications from 10 investors, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE.

The total amount of orders collected by subscription at nominal prices amounted to AZN 11.9 million, and the volume of placement of shares at nominal prices – AZN 11.9 million.

The placement underwriter is investment company Unicapital.

As a result of the placement of shares, Unibank’s authorized capital grew from AZN 130.686 million up to AZN 142.586 million.
