July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Azersheker LLC has been increased for the third time in 2022 and in the 2nd half of the year. The company started with equity capital of AZN 65 million. Since early 2022 capital in the amount of AZN 18.7 million has been invested in the authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that Azersheker increased its authorized capital from AZN 56.4 million up to AZN 64.9 million. Thus, during the last operation, its authorized capital was increased by AZN 8.53 million, or by 15.1%. In January 2021, company's authorized capital will increase up to AZN 33.6 million with a rise of AZN 900,000 (2.75%), in March – up to AZN 42.15 million with a rise of AZN 8.55 million (25.4%), in August – up to AZN 43.95 million with an  rise of AZN 1.8 million (4.27%), in October – up to AZN 46.2 million with a rise of AZN 2.25 million (5%), in January 2022 – up to AZN 50.8 million with a rise of AZN 4.6 million (10%), and in March – up to AZN 56.4 million with a rise of AZN 5.6 million (11%).
