July 13, Fineko/abc.az. AvtoVAZ plans to start production of 6,000 Lada Niva cars a month, ABC.AZ reports, citing Russian automaker’s head Maxim Sokolov as saying this on the air of TV channel Russia-24. 

He noted that currently the company plans to produce about 6,000 Lada Niva cars a month. 

"And in the 1st half of 2023 we’ll start production of famous model Lada Vesta," Sokolov emphasized. 
Commenting on the issue of car prices, Sokolov said that they have reached stabilization. He added that the starting price of model Lada Niva will be less than in the previous configuration: "As for Lada Granta cars, the average discount on this model is about 10%. And for model Lada Granta Cross, the production of which began recently, the discount is 13%."
