June 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan rented a plane from AZAL, ABC.AZ informs with reference with to the public procurement portal.

Thus, the ombudsman rented a plane from 23 to 31 May, paying 28,900 manats.

The portal does not indicate which model the leased aircraft was, but it is reported that the plane flied via Baku-Fuzuli-Baku route. The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights informed that the leased aircraft was associated with an international event and was used to transport guests from abroad.
