June 13, Fineko/abc.az. It became known which countries' citizens spend most of all money in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in the first 4 months of 2022 (Jan-Apr), about 220,000 tourists who visited Azerbaijan spent a total of AZN 248.5 million. This means that on average every tourist spends 1,131 manats in Azerbaijan.

Turkey ranks 1st among the countries spending most of all money as a whole (59,862,000), Russia is 2nd (52,433,000), and Iran is 3rd (23,422,000).

In other words, half of the amount spent by foreign tourists in Azerbaijan for Jan-Apr accounted for these three countries.
