June 8, Fineko/abc.az. The number of foreigners who arrived in our country in May 2022 has been published.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Tourism Agency, 137,491 foreign citizens visited Azerbaijan this May.

Compared with May 2021, the growth was 166%. So, 51,637 foreigners visited the country in May 2021.

Over Jan-May 2022 the number of foreign citizens who arrived in our country reached 468,170 people (118% more versus Jan-May 2021 - 214,628 foreigners).

Turkey (32,726), Russia (28,824), Iran (16,139), Saudi Arabia (8,671) and Georgia (6,314) were among the five countries from which most of the guests came to Azerbaijan.
