May 5, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2022, the operating costs of the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP) amounted to about $14 million.
ABC.AZ informs with reference to bp's quarterly report that capital expenditures reached about $300,000.
The SCP was put into operation at the end of 2006 and supplies Shah Deniz gas to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, while the SCP began supplying commercial gas to Turkey in June 2018 and to Europe in December 2020.
During the past quarter, the average daily capacity of the SCP for export totaled 56.2 million cu m.
