April 4, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s Rail Trans Service and Russia’s Group of Companies 1520 will establish a joint venture for the design, construction and implementation of railway automation and telemechanics systems on the territory of the Agdam Industrial Park.

ABC.AZ reports that the Russian Trade Representative Office in Azerbaijan, the Russian company is transferring competencies in the field of advanced automation systems for alarm devices, centralization and blocking to the Azerbaijani partner. In addition, work will be carried out to organize the production of these systems on the territory of the Agdam Industrial Park.

According to Dmitry Bolotsky, deputy director general for international projects of 1520, this will make it possible to obtain a modern Azerbaijani railway automation system in a short time.
