March 29, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 2 months 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan collected insurance premiums in the total amount of AZN 178.307 million (11.1% more versus Jan-Feb 2021).

The amount of compensation payments made by the insurers for the reported term reached AZN 38.936 million (2.6-fold less than a year earlier).

21.8 manats of insurance premiums were paid per every 100 manats collected on the insurance market for Jan-Feb 2022 (versus Jan-Feb 2021 - 62.4 manats).
