March 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2022 foreign investments in the amount of AZN 560.2 million were raised in the fixed capital of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that this figure is 10.6% less than in 2021.

AZN 554.7 million (99%) of finances directed for fixed assets at the expense of funds from foreign countries and international organizations belong to investors from the UK, USA, Japan, Switzerland, Turkey, Norway, Malaysia, India, Russia and Iran.

In general, AZN 1.339 bn were invested in fixed assets in Azerbaijan in the first two months of 2022 (2.1% less against Jan-Feb 2021).
