February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Since today, the fare of the public transport in the capital of Georgia has increased.

ABC.AZ reports that passengers will pay 1 lari instead of 50 tetri for a one-time trip in buses, metro and minibuses.

Along with this, a new fare payment system has been introduced.

The introduced unlimited fare cards will have different durations: 90-minute fare card - 1 lari, one-day card - 3 lari, one-week card - 20 lari, one-month card - 40 lari, 3-month card - 100 lari, semi-annual card - 150 lari and 1–year card - 250 lari.
