January 31, Fineko/abc.az. Governmental agencies will prepare proposals for tax and customs benefits.
ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Cabinet Ministers’ decree “On the preparation of the Draft State Budget of Azerbaijan for 2023, as well as the concept of economic & social development of the country and medium-term forecast indicators”.
Under the decree, the relevant central, local executive authorities and other state bodies of Azerbaijan must submit to the Ministry of Finance their proposals on tax and customs benefits and the information necessary for their assessment through the centralized e-register of tax and customs benefits.
