December 14, Fineko/abc.az. Inova LLC announces reorganization in connection with the merger of Pacific Life LLC, Pacific Hospitality LLC, Pacific Metal Gris LLC, Provista LLC, Yuxa Catering LLC and Pacific Group LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that creditors have already started applying in this regard.

Within two months creditors can submit their claims at address: 39/83 Tofik Abbasov Street, Nizami district, Baku city.

These companies announce name change and transformation into Inova LLC.
