November 3, Fineko/abc.az. The State Examination Center has sued Xalq Sığorta OJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that the subject of the suit is a claim for compensation for material damage caused.

The case is being considered at the Baku Commercial Court. 
The preliminary hearing of the court is scheduled for 18 November, at 10:15 a.m. Sabina Nurieva is the presiding judge.
