November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from today passengers aged over 18 years are required to have a certificate of double dose of vaccine against COVID-19 or a certificate of immunity against COVID-19 in regular passenger carriages by rail and road (with the exception of passenger transportation by taxi cars) from cities and districts of the country, with the exception of regular passenger carriages between Baku and Sumgait, Absheron district. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is carried out in accord with Cabinet Ministers Operational Headquarters’ decision from 24 September.
