October 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has started supplying new buses from Turkey, ABC.AZ reports citing press secretary of the Baku Transport Agency (BNA) Mais Agayev.

"On 10 December 2020, at the ceremony attended by the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, an agreement was signed between BNA and Turkish company BMC Otomativ Senaye ve Ticaret on the purchase of 320 medium and large capacity buses. In accordance with this contract the delivery of buses to Baku has begun. 150 of those buses are 12-meter, and 170 ones are 9–meter. At the initial stage, 12-m buses are brought. Delivery of buses is carried out in accord with the schedule provided to us by the manufacturer. New buses have not yet been released on the line," he emphasized.
