The delegation led by Minister of Transport, Communications & High Technologies of Azerbaijan Rashad Nabiyev discussed the development of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line with colleagues from Georgia and Turkey within the framework of the 12th International Council on Transport & Communications in Istanbul.

ABC.AZ reports that Rashad Nabiyev wrote about this on his Twitter account.

"We are participating in the 12th International Council for Transport & Communications in fraternal Turkey. At the meeting held within the framework of the event, the protocol of the trilateral meeting was signed between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey on the development of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project," Nabiyev added.
