September 30, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are slightly declining in Thursday’s trading after the publication of a report by the U.S. Department of Energy about the increase in country’s reserves.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, commercial oil reserves in the country increased by 4.58 million barrels last week up to 418.54 million barrels.
By 11:05 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the November’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.03 (0.04%) to $78.61 per barrel. Following the trading on 29 September, the price of Brent crude futures for November fell by $0.45 (0.57%) to $78.64 per barrel.
By 11:05 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for November fell in price by $0.02 (0.03%) to $74.81 per barrel. Following the trading on 29 September, the cost of November’s WTI oil futures decreased by $0.46 (0.61%) to $74.83 per barrel.
