Tax Service exceeded target on tax transfers to State Budget by 23.7%

September 20, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2021 the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy transferred taxes for AZN 5.833 bn to the State Budget, and thereby the forecast was fulfilled by 123.7%.

ABC.AZ reports that tax revenues increased by 13.4% or by AZN 690.1 million against Jan-Aug 2020.

Over the past 8 months of 2021 tax revenues from the non-oil sector amounted to AZN 4.264 bn, and the forecast was implemented by 117.7%.

The State Budget received an additional AZN 639.9 million.

Compared with the relevant term of 2020, tax revenues from this sector increased by 11% or by AZN 421.8 million.
