September 1, Fineko/abc.az. Chinese company Xiaomi will create its own subsidiary to be engaged in the manufacture of electric vehicles.

ABC.AZ reports that the registration of this company has already been completed. The new company is called Xiaomi Qiche, and its authorized capital is 10 bn yuan (about $1.5 bn).

The chairman of the Board of Directors at Xiaomi, Lei Jun, was approved as the legal representative of the company.
