August 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the measures concerning the construction of highway Gusar-Gayakend-Avaran-Khurel in Gusar district of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the decree the State Budget will allocate AZN 5.6 million to the Azerbaijan State Motor Road Agency for the construction of the road connecting four populated localities with the population of 8,000 residents.
