June 9, Fineko/abc.az. Two facilities are put up for sale on one of the central streets of Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in a message posted on one of country’s real estate seller websites.

According to the information, the facilities with total area of 435 sq m are currently on lease. According to the ad, the objects have all the conditions.

There is also a boiler room on the object with the "bill of sale".

So, one of the facilities is a hotel, and the other is a clinic. The hotel has its own kitchen and dining room.

The hotel and clinic are located in the heart of the city - at the end of Nizami Street (Shopping) and are suitable for many types of business.

The cost of each of the facilities is AZN 3.85 million.
