ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said during his speech at the video-format discussions "South Caucasus: Prospects for Regional Development & Cooperation" held by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

He noted that the construction of main roads has also begun: "After the signing of the statement on 10 November, the Armenians living there were given 20 days to leave the territory. We are talking about three districts that we liberated as a result of the signing of the Declaration on 10 November. In fact, it was a document about the surrender of Armenia. During these 20 days, they burned the houses built by the Azerbaijanis who lived there, but were expelled from there. They cut down and burned trees, set fire to houses, and committed acts of vandalism. That is, all the work needs to be done from scratch. We have already started the work. Our master plan for development is already ready."
