May 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Main Department of the State Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has appealed to the drivers.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Main Department that in connection with the approach of the summer season, citizens go on vacation from the capital to the districts. And in this connection, there is an increase is observed in the flow of transport both from the capital to the districts and in the opposite direction.

"The Main Department of the State Traffic Police calls on drivers not to get behind the wheel in a sleepy, tired state, to make stops for a short time after every 2-3 hours of continuous traffic, and to strictly observe the speed limit on the roads. We must not forget that long-term, continuous driving without observing the rest regime is a potential danger for both the drivers themselves and for the passengers and other road users," the appeal says.
