April 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Supervisory Board of the State Oil Company (SOCAR) has held today a regular meeting.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Investment Holding that the meeting discussed the measures to be implemented with the purpose to ensure the tasks arising from the presidential decrees and orders.

In addition, the SOCAR Supervisory Board made a decision to set up three committees to improve the management of the company with taking into account modern standards.
