ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated this while receiving Volkan Bozkir, the president of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly.

The Azerbaijani leader noted that Azerbaijan has put forward several initiatives related to Covid-19: "We held the summit of the Turkic Council, the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement, and also achieved the holding of a special session of the UN General Assembly on Covid, and received great support from you. I believe the events have shown that this is really one of the important issues on the agenda right now."
