April 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Education has announced a decision to organize distance learning and educational process in general education institutions of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Sheki and Absheron districts starting from 5 April.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry that the new decision does not apply to pre-school educational institutions (kindergartens).
