August 21, Fineko/abc.az. During recent monitoring, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) identified that several foreign investment platforms are being actively promoted within the country via social media, training programs, and seminars to attract residents.

The CBA stated that holding a foreign license does not entitle any platform to provide or market investment services in Azerbaijan. Under national legislation, investment services can only be offered by entities licensed by the Central Bank.

To ensure investor protection, the CBA advises citizens to engage solely with officially licensed investment companies listed on the regulator’s official website.
