Forecast: Azerbaijan's consolidated budget deficit to amount to 2.1% of GDP

February 8, Fineko/abc.az. S&P Global Ratings has published another forecast on Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the Agency predicts that this year the deficit of country’s consolidated budget will be 2.1% of GDP.

According to the rating agency, next year the deficit will be 0.7% of GDP.

Agency's long-term forecast says that Azerbaijan’s total budget will return to surplus in 2022 and will make up 1% of GDP.
