ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during a video reception of a delegation led by Fabrizio di Amato, chairman of Italian company Maire Tecnimont Group.

"We’ve already allotted a place for the construction of the university and now work is underway related to the creation of the university. This issue has also been agreed at the government level. I hope this year we’ll be able to start this work," President Aliyev said.
