February 2, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of the export of gold and silver produced by AzerGold to the world market, a total of AZN 186.5 million were raised to the Azerbaijani economy for 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that above-said statement was made by AzerGold’s chairman of board Zakir Ibragimov at a press conference dedicated to the results of 2020.

He noted that this is by AZN 41.5 million or 29% more than in 2019.

According to Ibragimov, last year the company sold 59,400 ounces of gold and 119,400 ounces of silver.
