December 23, Fineko/abc.az. The State will provide additional financing to the economy to the extent possible in 2021.

ABC.AZ reports that Finance Minister Samir Sharifov made such a statement at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Industry & Entrepreneurship, dedicated to the 2021 budget package.

The minister noted that the main purpose of this is to revive economic activity.

"With this purpose, the transfer to the State Budget from the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan will be kept at the level of this year. In fact, our fiscal revenues have not changed. That is why in order to ensure economic activity, part of the Central Bank's free profit will be transferred to the State Budget," the minister emphasized.
