November 10, Fineko/abc.az. All economic and transport links in the region are being restored.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the signed tripartite declaration.

The deceleration says that Armenia guarantees the security of transport links between the western regions of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in order to organize the unhindered movement of citizens, vehicles and goods in both directions.

"Control over transport communications will be carried out by the border service of the FSB of Russia," the declaration says.
