October 23, Fineko/abc.az. A new motor road connecting the Georgian capital and the Kakheti region with north-western region of Azerbaijan is being built.

ABC.AZ reports that the new road project is linked with an increase of intensity of transport flows.

The construction of the new highway will significantly improve traffic safety in this part and reduce much the travel time.
