September 17, Fineko/abc.az. To meet the challenges of human capital development in the education sector, it is necessary to expand the coverage of children in early education in Azerbaijan and improve the actuality of higher education, the WB’s report says.

ABC.AZ ws informed at the WB representative office in Azerbaijan that the response of the health system to chronic diseases should be strengthened and the efficiency of financial resources should be increased to provide better health services.

"To support the most vulnerable segments of the country's population in the field of social protection and employment, it is necessary to increase investment in social assistance and expand the scope and scale of active market programs," the WB’s report says.
