July 27, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev appointed Emin Amrullayev as the Education Minister. 

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state signed a relevant order. In compliance with the signed order Emin Eldar oglu Amrullayev was appointed Educaiton Minister.
