ABC.AZ reports that this was stated at a briefing by assistant to the President Shakhmar Movsumov.

In his opinion, if the road from Baku to the districts opens, they should go and stay at home: "And my family wants us to go to the districts. As soon as we get the situation under control, we will first open the road from Baku to the districts.”
