Finance minister presented a report to president – Projects fully realized

July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The State Budget revenues amounted to AZN 12.23 bn, while the forecast was fulfilled by 2.9% or by more than AZN 338 million.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Finance Minister Samir Sharifov at the president-chaired ministerial meeting.

The minister pointed out that the forecast figures on revenues of the State Tax Service of the Ministry of Economy exceeded the forecast by AZN 327 million or 8.9%, and on revenues of the State Customs Committee by AZN 98 million or 5.1%.

According to the minister, revenues on State Oil Fund’s transfer to the State Budget were implemented by 100% and other revenues by AZN 15.2 million: "The forecast on extra-budgetary revenues of budget organizations was fulfilled by AZN 102 million less, State Budget expenditures by 105 million more or by 100.9%, despite this, as of 1 July 2020, the State Budget has a surplus of AZN 292 million, which is by AZN 233 million more than the forecast.

During the reporting period all state tasks, social programs and projects provided for financing from the State Budget were fully implemented. Within six months the share of socially-oriented expenditures in the budget expenditures financed by AZN 11.734 bn made up 42.5% or AZN 4.98 bn."
