May 12, Fineko/abc.az. At the end of the 1st quarter the number of Azerbaijani citizens who are employees of BP reached 2,517, including employees working on a fixed-term contract.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the report of BP Azerbaijan for Q1 of this year.

90% of qualified BP employees have consisted of national cadres since mid-2018. And unskilled workers consist of local citizens by 100%.

With the purpose of further optimizing the training and development programs and further improvement of the local market for high-level staff, BP will continue its efforts to participate actively in public and private sector initiatives.
