May 8, Fineko/abc.az. At today's session Milli Majlis adopted a proposal for the introduction of a tax regime in the new Chapter XVIII of the Tax Code.

ABC.AZ reports that temporary tax benefits are intended for the spheres as follows:

- intra-city (inter-city and inter-district, intra-city and intra-district) passenger carriages by road (including taxi);

- activities of hotels, motels, hostels and similar facilities that are considered accommodation facilities;

- activities of tour operators and travel agents;

- transportation and (or) delivery of goods, including foods, food and non-food products on orders;

- public catering activity;

- organization of exhibitions, activities of stages, leisure and entertainment, cinemas, theaters, museums and concert halls;

- activity of sports and recreation facilities;

- activity of preparatory (educational) and advanced training courses, children's educational and development centers, children's clubs, psychological centers;

- spheres whose activities are fully or partially restricted by a decision of a body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority in order to ensure public health and safety.
