May 1, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Baku Court of Appeal dated 30 April 2020, AtaBank and Amrahbank were declared bankrupt and bankruptcy proceedings were initiated.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the court's decision, the Deposit Insurance Fund was appointed as the liquidator of AtaBank and Amrahbank.
