November 6, Fineko/abc.az. One of the main factors characterizing State Budget 2020 is a significant increase in social spending.

President Ilham Aliyev has done a great job to improve further Azerbaijani population’s social welfare. This work will continue next year.

Finance Minister Samir Sharifov made a relevant statement at a meeting of parliamentary committees on 6 November during the discussion of the Bill on the State Budget 2020. The minister stressed that 43.9% of the State Budget will account for non-oil revenues and 56.1% for oil revenues by 2020.
