Many people often is unaware of whether a charge is taken or not for service when withdrawing money from a cash machine of the debit card issuer bank.

What is the real situation? In case of withdrawal of money from a cash machine belonging to the debit card issuer bank, the debit card user will not be charged a service fee. However, when the user withdraws money from a cash machine of another bank (or processing center) within the country or abroad, a fee for the service may be charged from him.

It should be noted that debit cards are issued mainly for socially oriented projects (wages, pensions and benefits, etc).
