August 16, Fineko/abc.az. According to the report of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the debt of Georgia to Azerbaijan reaches $7.269 million.

The Ministry’s report says that at the end of July 2019 the total external debt of Georgia amounted to $5.36 million ($76.8 than at the end of June 2019). $5.15 bn of foreign debt accounts for the government.

Top 3 of countries to which Georgia has owed are Germany ($312.859 million), France ($234.03 million) and Japan ($215.789 million).

Georgia’s debt to Turkey and Russia remained unchanged compared with last month.

As of 1 August Georgia's debt to Turkey amounted to $13.098 million and to Russia $56.478 million.
