July 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has conducted a regular deposit auction for banks.

The CBA reports that it raised AZN 100 million in the deposit auction on 1 July.

"The supply in the auction amounted to AZN 701.5 million. The weighted average interest rate made up 6.51%. The funds were raised for 14 days," the CBA said.

The CBA began holding deposit auctions from June 2016.
