June 25, Fineko/abc.az. Another company operating in Azerbaijan has announced about change of its legal form.

According to the announcement of Non-Bank Credit Organization Mercury, the company has changed its legal form and became a closed joint stock company (CJSC).

Non-Bank Credit Organization Mercury was registered on 26 September 2012 as a limited liability company. On 1 February 2013 the Central Bank of Azerbaijan issued to it a license for the right to give loans and other activity envisaged by the Law on Non-Bank Credit Organizations.
