May 29, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee on property issues held another auction.

According to the Committee, three of the privatized property facilities are small state-owned enterprises and six are non-residential land plots. The privatized state enterprises are located in Baku, the Yardimli and Jalilabad districts.

One of the privatized real estate facilities in non-residential land plot is located in Narimanov district of Baku and others in Sumgait and Barda.

Committee’s next auction will take place on 4 June. The auction will set out 85 state-run facilities, among which are 22 joint stock companies, 48 small state enterprises, 11 non-residential land plots and four motor vehicles.
