Paper bills of sale for housing to be liquidated in Azerbaijan from 18 April

April 10, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee on Property Affairs of Azerbaijan intends to issue extracts (bills of sale) for housing only in e-form, and thus giving of paper documents will be stopped.

The Committee reports that from 18 April applications for receiving bill of sale will be accepted only in e-form.

"The extracts will be prepared within 1, 3, 7, 10 working days by the territorial offices and will be posted on the e-government portal. The legal owner of the extract will be able to receive it through the portal," the SCPA said in a statement.
