Azerbaijan`s economy grew almost by 3% in January

February 19, Fineko/abc.az. Last month Azerbaijan produced goods for AZN 5.929 bn that is by 2.9% more versus the 2018 same term.

The State Statistics Committee reports that the share of GDP per capita for the reporting period increased by 2.1% up to 601.1 manats.

"In January of the year 57.4% (AZN 3.405 bn) of the produced goods and services accounted for the non-oil sector and this is 2.7% more than a year ago," the Committee informed.

Last month the value of manufactured industrial products amounted to AZN 3.769 bn with an annual growth of 3.4%, and production of non-oil industry increased by 13.8% up to AZN 846.8 million.
