November 5, Fineko/abc.az. A new benefit will be provided for taxpayers engaged in catering activities.

This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code.

According to the draft, it is proposed to provide taxpayers engaged in catering with the opportunity to continue their activities as simplified tax payers at a rate of 8% if it is subsequently determined that their turnover exceeds 200,000 manats and they will not be able to exercise this right due to the 10-day deadline. In addition, it is proposed to retain the right to pay a simplified tax when carrying out two types of activities, if income and expenses for each of them are accounted for separately.
